Apply to be a REDI Board Member

Email your completed application to nominatingcommittee@redi.ca, or submit a hard copy in a sealed envelope to protect your confidentiality to REDI Enterprises Society, at the address noted in the application. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed by the Nomination Committee, and you will be contacted within 1 month to determine next steps. All Board candidates will be contacted regardless of whether the REDI Board will be inviting them to join the Board at this time. Please remember there are only a maximum of 12 positions available on the Board and selection is based on ensuring a good mix of skills and backgrounds to ensure a well-rounded board that the Board believes can best serve the needs of REDI clients

Apply for the REDI Endowment Grant

The REDI Endowment Fund, managed by the Community Foundation, will provide annual grants that meet the objectives of the fund. The amount of funds available will be based on the income generated from the Endowment Fund. Funding for the endowment was partially through the generosity of the Estate of George Staffin.

The purpose of the grant is to fund proposals meeting one or more of the following objectives:

  • Promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the community; or

  • create opportunities for people with disabilities in the community; or

  • create a better understanding in the community of the needs of people with disabilities.
