Danelle Dyck has been working in disability services for over 11 years, starting with Redi in 2019. She has worked her way up, becoming a supervisor in 2021 and then a manager in 2025. With a background in Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Danelle is passionate about helping people with disabilities, especially those with complex needs. She enjoys finding practical ways to make a real difference in people’s lives. Over the years, she's gained a lot of hands-on experience, both in the field and in leadership, and she's proud to be making a positive impact on the people she works with.
Born and raised in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Dalton Ehry has always been connected to his community. After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration, he moved to Edmonton to explore new opportunities. During his time there, Dalton served as the Communications Coordinator for the Alberta Students' Executive Council, honing his skills in communication and stakeholder engagement.
Robyn Poirier joined REDI Enterprise in January 2024 as a Program Manager with REDIlives. She brings with her 16 years of experience working in various positions in social services. Robyn’s career in disability services began after she graduated from Brandon University working for a community agency supporting individuals with employment and volunteer placements.
Rachel Abrahamson joined REDI Enterprises in January of 2022 as the Finance Manager and transitioned to the role of Finance Director in January 2025. Rachel is a Chartered Professional Accountant with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University and 20 plus years in various accounting roles, both within Canada and internationally. Her diverse experiences have equipped her for this exciting new chapter with a not-for-profit organization. In addition to her role at REDI Enterprises, Rachel is a part-time instructor at the Medicine Hat College, where she enjoys mentoring her students and helping them achieve those ‘a ha’ moments.
Kelly Moody has built a career in helping people. Her experience includes over 5 years in the Human Services field where she worked in employment services and as a Human Resources Consultant, working with many organizations throughout Medicine Hat in a variety of industries, such as non-profit, mechanic shops, environmental, health care, and manufacturing.
Craig Wood has a long history with REDI. His first encounter with REDI was actually as a Job Coach for a very short period after which time he was hired an external program evaluator and worked on the evaluations of a number of REDI’s programs and services.
Donna’s career at REDI began in 1989 in Community Services when she was hired to support a young woman who had a brain injury. In 1992, Donna became part of a small REDI team who met with people who were living in institutions across Alberta and was tasked to consider them for community living within REDI’s residential services.
Josh Hudson joined REDI Enterprises in October of 2014, and has held the position of Operations Manager since that time. Having grown up with a brother who has Cerebral Palsy, Josh was very excited to join an organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities.
David White was born and raised in southwest Saskatchewan where he attended school in Leader. After moving to Medicine Hat, he attended the Medicine Hat College taking the Rehabilitation Practitioner course and Arts and Sciences classes.
Almira Vujovic obtained her Medical Doctors Degree from the University of Sarajevo in 1986, and was forced to move to Canada in 1994 due to war in her home of Bosnia. With her background in professional general medical practice and emergency medicine, clinical and laboratory research, and public relations, she is the perfect person to fill her role as REDIWorks Division Manager.
Rayla Molloy has been working with REDI Enterprises since October 2018, where she began as a Service Supervisor in the REDI Lives Department.
Born and raised in former Yugoslavia, Nina completed education to become an RN and worked in a Psychiatric clinic for a couple of years.
