LAunch of the 2024-2027 Straegic Plan
We are pleased to introduce the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan for REDI. The plan was developed over the past 8 months, beginning with a two-day board and management retreat last fall and continued with stakeholder input in the form of interviews, surveys and workshops with employees, individuals we support and their families, guardians and supporters. With the assistance of IntegralOrg, we collected information from 100’s of people.
Compiling the information, we have arrived at a Strategic Plan which lays out our goals and priorities for the next three years. A copy of the plan is in your package and has been posted to REDI’s website.
This document will guide REDI over the next three years and focuses on four key priority areas: our team (employees); our programs and services; our profile in the community and our finances. Under each priority area are actions that we plan to address. All together the purpose of the plan is to make REDI a better organization that is a great place to work at that offers exceptional person-centered services, is recognized in the community, and continues to have a solid financial foundation on which to operate.
