REDI Enterprises with the Province of Alberta working in partnership with the Government of Canada is providing employment support programs and opportunities to individuals with diagnoses or suspected diagnoses of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, an acquired brain injury, or autism spectrum disorder, and other barriers to employment whose needs often fall outside of traditional employment support programming, and government funding.

Runway is a personalized and supported employment service for eligible individuals facing barriers to employment. Participants will achieve sustainable employment outcomes through person centered coaching, skills training, job development, on site work placements, and wrap around supports.
