Runway is a personalized and supported employment service for eligible individuals facing barriers to employment. Participants will achieve sustainable employment outcomes through person centered coaching, skills training, job development, on site work placements, and wrap around supports.

Designed by REDI and funded by the Government of Alberta to address a service gap, providing opportunities to individuals with diagnoses or suspected diagnoses of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, an acquired brain injury, or autism spectrum disorder, whose needs often fall outside of traditional employment support programming, and government funding.
