Robyn Poirier joined REDI Enterprise in January 2024 as a Program Manager with REDIlives. She brings with her 16 years of experience working in various positions in social services. Robyn’s career in disability services began after she graduated from Brandon University working for a community agency supporting individuals with employment and volunteer placements.

Rachel is a Chartered Professional Accountant with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University and 20 plus years in a variety of accounting roles, within Canada and abroad. Her experiences have prepared her for this exciting new chapter with a not-for-profit organization. Rachel is also a part-time instructor with the Medicine Hat College and enjoys mentoring and helping her students get that ‘a ha’ moment.

In 1992, Donna became part of a small REDI team who met with people who were living in institutions across Alberta and was tasked to consider them for community living within REDI’s residential services.

With her background in professional general medical practice and emergency medicine, clinical and laboratory research, and public relations, she is the perfect person to fill her role as REDIWorks Division Manager.
