Depot Departs

The new REDI Bottle Depot opened at 1040 South Railway St. SE. The new facility is much more spacious, which allows for greater mobility and accessibility. The new building was a much more complete recycling center and could now handle old tin cans, plastic bags, corrugated cardboard, paper, used clothing, and bottles. The building was a huge improvement for REDI and the workers, but the customers benefitted as well. South Railway Street allowed for quicker entry and exit from the facility, so people could spend less time taking out their recycling.
